It is so beautiful out!!!! There is fresh snow everywhere and the trees have at least a couple inches on their branches, making it truly amazing to be outside right now. I can't believe how much it actually snowed today. It was just that pretty magical snow (which is actually very sneaky) and eventually the paths were in need of plowing.
I wanted to extend a big thank you to those who sent me mail which I received today-Grandma Mee (Thank you Phoebe for sharing some of my pictures with her) and Debbie (and Dale) Hooker. I had not even planned to check my mail today and I was very pleasantly surprised when I did :)
Today Lara, Sarah, Micah and I waited in line to buy tickets for a cruise to Copenhagen (Denmark) from Oslo April 12-14. The international student association was selling tickets and they only had a limited number of spots. Luckily we got in. Basically it is a cruise from Friday to Sunday and you get to spend 8 hours in Copenhagen on Saturday doing whatever you'd like. Sarah and I jumped at the chance because we knew we would be even better than we already are at making the most out of our time in other countries.
I also got my gym membership today, so tomorrow is workout day number 1. I've signed up for a Pilates class on Wednesday morning before my 10:15 class. They offer a bunch of different classes (cardio, dance, yoga, cycling, weight training, etc...), not so much on our campus but at the larger facility there are a ton. You basically just sign up for the one day, so you are not committed to the class, you just have to make sure you reserve a spot before you go. It's nice that you can go to whichever class whenever you want to, but some of the popular classes fill up, so you have to be quick about it.
I think that's all for today. Later gator.

I wish I had a picture of his whole outfit, but this is our political science professor (by hints in class I would guess he is 70ish) wearing a suit jacket and ugg boots.
